Tangible Apparel does not keep inventory in order to reduce waste to the environment, therefor exchanges are not possible. Also, as our apparel operates on a drop schedule, where items are only available for sale on drop dates, we are not able to accept returns simply because you changed your mind as those returned items would not be able to be resold. With that said, if you're unhappy with your product we will make it right so please reach out to us.

All photography or creative in-person workshops or masterclasses are strictly non-refundable as they are exclusive and offer limiting seating. When you buy your "ticket" at the event you are taking away the ability for us to sell that spot to another. Certain exchanges may be made as applicable only if a future workshop or masterclass is scheduled. In the event that you are still unable to make the event or exchange for future event, you may request to receive a store credit of equal amount to be put towards our other products and services. This request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
