All orders include our Tangible Warranty® which will replace any damaged product. Simply email us and we will cover any replacements under the warranty at no charge to you.
Shipping Information
All orders are hand picked, reviewed and packed by our team in the order that they are received. This packing process takes 1 - 3 business days. Each order comes with a tracking number that will be automatically emailed to you after it has been uploaded by our fulfillment team.
Shipping Times vary slightly throughout the year and during peak holidays.
US Orders: Transit time ranges from 7-12 business days.
International Orders: Transit time ranges from 8-14 business days.

Return & Exchange
Returns are accepted within 30 days after the products are received on eligible items.
All returns and product exchanges are applicable in the form of store credit to be applied site wide however you choose, once we have confirmed receipt of your qualified return.
Exceptions: No returns or exchanges for those personalized products, beauty products, intimates, swimwear, earrings and any item marked on Sale or final sale.
